Carnival Cruise Line is bringing year-round cruises back to Mobile, announcing that Carnival Valor will homeport in the Gulf Coast city beginning in May 2027.

The deployment marks the first time a ship of the Conquest class will operate from Mobile, expanding cruise capacity and vacation options for Alabama travelers. Carnival Valor will begin offering six- to eight-day sailings to The Bahamas, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key starting May 15, 2027, following its final sailings from New Orleans earlier that month.
