The property, The Hamilton, is being described as "the crown jewel of northeast Indiana’s luxury real estate portfolio." Built by Weigand Construction, the property was originally commissioned as a private residence for the late Dick Freeland, who operated one of the largest Pizza Hut franchises, and his wife Deanna.
