A former opposition leader was found to have been offensive and disorderly when he condemned the "anti-Semitic Greens" in a Legislative Assembly debate.
The Canberra Liberals' Jeremy Hanson withdrew the imputation against the Greens members after Speaker Mark Parton ruled the words were offensive.
After the Greens' Andrew Braddock tabled a petition signed by more than 1300 people calling on the ACT government to divest from companies linked to Israel's human rights violations against the Palestinian people, Mr Hanson spoke against the petition.
