SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) — A 16-year-old from Springfield is lighting up Halloween with his custom light show this month.

Jonah Hosea has been doing light shows since about the 7th grade. He has done Christmas shows in the past, but this year is his first try at a Halloween show.

He says there is an important difference in the lights.

"You see, with the Christmas show, it has regular Christmas lights. That's just fade up, fade down," Hosea said. "With this show I can control the color of each individual light, which makes it just a bit more special to watch."

The house is located at 2048 Briarcliff Drive, Springfield, IL. The show is on from sunset to 9 p.m. every night, and the corresponding music can be heard by tuning into channel 97.5 on the radio.
