El Cerrito police officers on Tuesday arrested four people on suspicion of stealing “a large quantity” of Halloween decorations from the front yards of homes across the city, the department said.
The suspects are accused of stealing an array of skeletons in addition to inflatable pieces.
They were booked at the city’s police department before being transported to the Martinez Detention Facility, police said.
Police want to return the recovered decorations to their rightful owners. El Cerrito residents who are missing decorations are encouraged to call the police department’s dispatch center at 510-237-3233.
