Institutional Property Advisors’ Philip Assouad, Giovanni Napoli, Ryan Harmon, Nick Ruggiero and Anthony Palladino were the brokers involved in the transaction.
Located at 200 SW Fifth Place, the property, known as Plum Tree Park Apartments, is a multifamily residential complex consisting of 14 two-story wood frame buildings totaling 175,392 gross square feet and 170,927 net square feet, according to King County public property records.
