BOSSIER CITY, La. - The James Burton International Guitar Festival and the James Burton Foundation , in partnership with Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel & Casino and Bossier City Mayor Tommy Chandler, will hold a special benefit concert featuring 14-time Grammy Award winner and Country Music Hall of Fame member Emmylou Harris .

The concert will be held at the Horseshoe Riverdome on Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. and will feature an all-star lineup of special guests. Proceeds will benefit The James Burton Foundation, which for two decades has provided free guitars to schools, veterans and children’s hospitals throughout the United States and Europe.
