CHICAGO, Ill. (WTVO) — Check your lottery tickets! A winning Mega Millions ticket worth $3 million was sold Tuesday night at a gas station in McHenry, Illinois.

According to the Illinois Lottery, the winning ticket was sold at Bull Valley Trio, at 5301 Bull Valley Road.

The ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn Tuesday, October 21st, including 2, 18, 27, 34, and 59. With a 3x multiplier added, the winner's prize tripled to $3 million.

“Just last month, we sold a $10,000 winning scratch-off ticket, and now this — a $3 million winner,” said Melissa Motroni, Bull Valley Trio store manager. “I guess you can say we’re a lucky store. Everyone’s excited to see who the winner is!”

The store will receive 1%, or a $30,000 bonus, for selling the winning ticket.
