FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Drivers commuting through Fresno on Wednesday were delayed due to a garbage truck that caught fire and dumped its load on the road.
The California Highway Patrol reported that around 11:30 a.m., they were on the scene directing traffic from the westbound Highway 180 to the southbound Highway 41 connector.
