Join CASA of Freestone and Limestone Counties this Saturday, October 25 for a Volunteer Drive BBQ at Mexia City Park from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Enjoy some good food, have some fun, and learn how YOU can change a child’s story!

CASA volunteer advocate requirements include:

–Be at least 21 years of age

–Complete background check & screening

–Commit to 12 hours of continuing education each year

–Complete CASA’s pre-service training (30 hours)

–Have a heart for children in foster care

The event will have free BBQ and refreshments, plus activities for the kids.

Come out and meet CASA staff and volunteers, and learn how to become a CASA Advocate.
