BREWER -- One of Maine's largest healthcare providers is now under new leadership.

Northern Light Health recently welcomed their new President and CEO, Guy Hudson, MD. Dr. Hudson replaces Tim Dentry, who announced his retirement in April.

"Our job, we're people taking care of people and we want to make sure that Mainers have the confidence in us to continue to take care of them and serve their needs," said Hudson.

Northern Light Health has experienced financial turmoil in recent years, leading to workforce cuts and facility closures, but the healthcare system's new CEO says they are headed in the right direction.
