Arizona Assistant Attorney General says Kim Fisher shared executive session information with member of the public
A member of the Deer Valley Unified School District governing board violated the state’s Open Meeting Law, according to Arizona Assistant Attorney General Scott Donald.
Donald presented a letter dated Oct. 3 to the district’s attorney Denise Lowell-Britt after the Office of the Attorney General received a complaint from a member of the public alleging violations of Arizona’s Open Meeting Law.
In its investigation, the Attorney General's Office reviewed an audio recording of a conversation between board member Kimberly Fisher and a member of the public.
