DELPHI, Ind. —

The man found guilty in the Delphi murder case will get more time to appeal his conviction.

A court granted additional time in the appeals process for Richard Allen.

He was convicted in November for the 2017 murders of Libby German and Abby Williams.

The motion was granted, meaning the appellant brief will be filed within 55 days, or a little over a week before Christmas.
