YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Downtown Youngstown residents and city officials are not thrilled after meeting with the receiver of SOBE, who told them he's unsure of the future of getting heat and steam to downtown. SOBE receiver Reg Martin was appointed after SOBE failed to pay for the boiler it was renting in downtown Youngstown. Without a permanent boiler, downtown Youngstown residents and business owners could risk not getting any heat.
