LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The aisles at St. Louise Gift & Thrift Store are crowded, and with Halloween approaching fast, costumes are a hot commodity.
“Seasonal typically brings more people in the door as the year changes, whether it be for Halloween, or it’s getting cold, we’ve got coats out on the racks,” said Jamie Carson, Director of Sustainability for Catholic Social Services.
Carson said they’ve seen more and more families choosing secondhand shopping this holiday season.
