OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The start of the 2025-26 NBA season came into full swing on Tuesday, with the Oklahoma City Thunder getting the win over the Houston Rockets, while also receiving their championship rings and banner.
The Thunder received their 2024-25 NBA championship rings before tipoff against the Rockets on Tuesday night. The ring ceremony provided a first look at the champs' uniquely crafted rings, which were manufactured by The Champions Collective, which is a new business within Jostens.
Each ring is said to feature more than 800 custom-cut, hand-set gemstones and 14-karat white gold, and what makes the rings so unique is the fact that they have a ring within the ring.
