Grimes is putting her tattooed face forward.

The "Genesis" singer (real name Claire Boucher ) revealed that she got inked on her face "a few months ago and literally nobody noticed," sharing a makeup-free photo of herself with a large circle encompassing her left eye.

"Idky this face tattoo is imperceptible," she wrote on X (formerly Twitter) Oct. 22, "but just for the record it's my fave tat."

But Grimes—who shares kids X Æ A-Xii , 4, Exa Dark Sideræl , 3, and Techno "Tau" Mechanicus , 3, with ex Elon Musk —didn't go under the needle on a whim. As she further explained on Instagram , "Spent like ten years emotionally working up to a face tattoo but I guess I drew on my face too much and literally no one noticed, not even my parents."
