Seven major events at Acrisure Arena held over a 12-day period and branded the “Magnificent Seven” attracted nearly 57,000 people hailing from all 50 U.S. states, as well as Canada and Mexico, officials said Wednesday.
The “Magnificent Seven” events were Paul McCartney’s “Got Back” tour on Sept. 29, The Who’s final North American show “The Song is Over” tour on Oct. 1, the Los Angeles Lakers pre-season game with the Phoenix Suns on Oct. 3, Blink-182’s two sold-out nights on the “Missionary Impossible” tour on Oct. 4 and 5, Maroon 5 on Oct. 8, and the Coachella Valley Firebirds home opener on Oct. 10.
During the stretch, 56,981 people entered the arena, with 2.82 people entering the venue every minute, officials said. There were 487 stagehands who worked more than 2,400 labor hours. The e
