AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — According to court documents filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas Amarillo Division, a man accused of selling fentanyl pills entered into a plea agreement.

Ricardo Ybarra agreed to plead guilty to "Distribution and Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl."

According to court documents, in November of last year, investigators surveilled Ybarra's home and observed a vehicle leave the premises. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and reported finding fentanyl pills during a search.

After a search of Ybarra's home, investigators reported they found multiple suspected drugs in the home.
