Bollywood action superstar Sunny Deol’s Jaat directed by Gopichand Malineni performed decently at the ticket windows. The action drama once again proved that Sunny Deol is a perfect fit altogether for a larger than life role.

The film was produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with People Media Factory. During Dude promotions the makers indirectly hinted at a possible change of director for Jaat 2. Ever since, movie-buffs have been wondering who will helm the sequel.

According to latest reports, Sriram Aditya who earlier made films like Devadas, Hero, and Manamey is likely to helm Jaat 2 since Gopichand Malineni is totally occupied with Balakrishna’s period action drama. An official confirmation is yet to be made. The sequel revolves around a new mission with bigger stakes.
