Former West Coast Eagles coach Adam Simpson is selling his $6.5 million City Beach home as speculation about a move back to Melbourne intensifies.
Real estate agent Scott Swingler has been showing people through private viewings of the home in the off-market listing, The West Australian has confirmed.
It comes months after Simpson and wife Nichole sold their Quindalup holiday home for $1.7 million in late March.
The fondly-remembered coach, who took the Eagles to two grand finals and one premiership, bid the team adieu when he exited by mutual agreement in mid-2024.
The pair have been busy with their local Hungry Jacks franchises as well as Simpson’s media roles, but the listing has prompted speculation they will move back to their hometown of Melbourne.
