Lance “Buddy” Franklin and his wife Jesinta, are selling their sprawling Gold Coast mansion once again with hopes of opening a fresh chapter at a hobby farm in time for Christmas.

The Australian power couple have relisted their luxury Mediterranean-inspired Villa Casa with a $10.9 million price tag after putting it up for sale last year but taking it off the market two months later.

The WA-born former Sydney Swans star said his family are set to move into a hobby farm by the time Christmas rolls around, which is just 66 days away.

“It has taken us purchasing our next property to be fully ready to let this one go,” Franklin told realestate.com.au .
