In a major breakthrough, Mumbai Police have successfully deported Dawood Ibrahim’s aide, Mohammad Salim, from Dubai. Salim had been on the run with a Red Corner Notice issued against him.

According to police sources, Salim was overseeing a vast drug network in India. His name surfaced last year after the Mumbai Police seized 150 grams of MD drugs, a case that later led investigators to uncover a drug manufacturing racket worth Rs 250 crore.

Salim is a key accused in the case and is known to have worked for Dawood’s close associate, Salim Dola. Police have now launched a search operation to trace Dola.
