We're starting off our Thursday on the chillier side - temperatures are in the mid-30s, and with strong northwesterly winds, we're looking at morning wind chills in the upper-20s. High pressure moving in from the west cleared out our skies overnight, so we'll have a much sunnier day today. This sunshine will start to warm us up, but our high temperatures are still below average for this time of year, getting to just 51 degrees in Madison. Breezy northwesterly winds are helping keep us cool, but they're starting to calm, with today's sustained winds expected to be around 10-15 mph.
