SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) -- A 43-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday and charged with five counts of sex offender on child premises, the Scotland County Sheriff's Office said.

Christopher Dallas Fry, of Sanford, North Carolina, is facing charges in both Scotland and Lee counties after the Scotland County Criminal Investigation Division executed search and arrest warrants at Fry's home in Lee County.

He is being held in the Scotland County Detention Center without bond.
