Much of New York's spectacular foliage is either at or just past peak as we near the end of October. According to New York's weekly fall foliage report , stunning seasonal hues and crisp fall days are aplenty across New York state as peak foliage arrives in the Finger Lakes, Hudson Valley and greater Niagara regions. Near peak colors are also predicted on Long Island. Vibrant peak foliage has passed in some spots - including the much of the Adirondacks and Catskills - though some muted color remains.
