THRISSUR: The post-mortem report of a four-year-old boy who died in Erumapetty Adhoor has come out. According to the post-mortem report, the boy died after a pen cap got stuck in his throat. The deceased is Muhammad Shahal, the son of Adhoor native Ummar and Mufeeda. Earlier, it was believed that the child had accidentally swallowed a bottle cap while playing, which led to his death.
