Nora Louise Howe Bellon, 90, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Quail Ridge Assisted Living in Pocatello, Idaho.

Louise was born on January 8, 1935, in Arimo, Idaho, the second child of Leonard and Iva Howe. She was raised in Robin and Arimo, where she enjoyed time with cousins, riding bikes, and sledding in the winter. She loved loading up in the car with friends, using heated rocks in the winter to stay warm on the way to a movie. Taking care of animals and helping her dad on the farm—especially driving grain trucks—were among her favorite activities.

She graduated from North Marsh High School in 1953. After high school, she went to California to attend dental hygiene school and care for her nephew, Robert. Upon returning to Idaho,
