Shillong, Oct 23: The School of Management (SOM) at MIT University of Meghalaya successfully hosted the Management Symposium 2025, a dynamic 2-day academic and professional event held on October 15–16 at its campus, in Umroh. The symposium brought together thought leaders, industry experts, students, and faculty to explore the theme of Ethical leadership for sustainable communities, innovation, and global collaboration.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by several esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Debmalya Bhattacharya, Pro Vice-Chancellor of MIT University of Meghalaya; Heaving Stone Kharpran, MLA from the 13-Mawryngkneng Constituency; and Mr. Manuel Badwar, entrepreneur and IIM Calcutta alumnus.
