SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — Banter is teaming up with Larder for a limited-edition Montreal-style smoked meat poutine dish to bring a taste of Quebec to Greater Cleveland.
The Canadian-inspired special will only be available from Friday to Sunday, Oct. 24-26, at Banter Van Aken, 3341 Tuttle Road. The collaborative dish starts with pommes frites and is topped with gravy, cheese curds, mustard, rye bread crumbles and Montreal-style smoked meat like pastrami.
