CHARLESTON, S.C. - Bond has been denied for the former Charleston County magistrate judge who was arraigned Thursday morning on federal child pornography charges.

James Benjamin Gosnell Jr., 68, faces six different charges related to the possession, receipt, distribution, attempted receipt of and conspiracy to receive and distribute child sex abuse materials, federally referred to as child pornography.
