In July 2025, the court revoked Warnock's bond after authorities said he tried to kill himself. The court determined that Warnock “poses a risk of flight and poses a risk of danger to others and to the community.”
According to the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a call just before 3:30 p.m. on July 16, 2025, about a crash involving a gray Ford F-150 on Interstate 20 East near mile-marker 72.
