John Muir Health’s Concord and Walnut Creek Medical Centers have once again earned national recognition from the American Heart Association for excellence in heart disease and stroke care. The 2025 Get With The Guidelines® and Mission: Lifeline® awards highlight their dedication to using the latest, research-based treatments that improve recovery and save lives. Both hospitals received Gold Plus awards for Heart Failure and Stroke care, reflecting their success in reducing hospital readmissions and helping patients spend more healthy days at home.
