Our dog walks will soon be getting darker as the days get shorter and the clocks change on Sunday. Here’s how to keep your furry friend safe when the sun goes down … ‌

Be seen. Wear reflective gear, and get a light-up collar for your pooch so you are both visible at all times. ‌

Bring your phone. Have it on you at all times in case of an emergency, and use it as a torch when needed. ‌

Stick to well-lit areas. Plan your walking route ahead of time ensuring it is well-lit and your dog is familiar with it.
