NYT: Virginia Democrats considering plan to redraw congressional maps

RICHMOND, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Virginia might be the next state to attempt to redistrict.

That’s according to the New York Times , which reports Democrats are planning the first step toward redrawing congressional maps in an attempt to give their party two or three more seats in Congress.
