Kim Kardashian is speaking up about her health diagnosis.

The 45-year-old beauty mogul makes a revelation about her health in the upcoming seventh season of "The Kardashians."

“There’s like a little aneurysm,” Kardashian says in an extended preview season that aired during the Oct. 22 premiere, before the clip cut to a scene of her getting a scan in an MRI machine where the dilated blood vessel was detected. “They’re like ‘it’s just stress.’”

The revelation caused older sister, Kourtney Kardashian , to audibly gasp and say, “whoa.”

Hinting at her emotional state, in another scene, Kardashian cries as she asked, “Why is this happening to me?”
