RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Virginia General Assembly recently launched its new and redesigned website, hoping to offer an enhanced experience for users.

The Clerks of the Virginia House of Delegates and Senate of Virginia announced the official launch of the site on Thursday, Oct. 23, saying that the redesign aims to help with faster navigation and the display of exclusive content to better inform citizens

This launch is the first of several projects expected to be released this year that will provide greater public access, as well as engagement with not only the Virginia General Assembly, but the Virginia State Capitol.
