HEDGESVILLE - Hedgesville and Musselman finished their regular-season schedules on Tuesday, with the Eagles coming away with a 3-1 victory.

The Applemen (21-14) won the first set 25-18, but the Eagles (37-3-3) rallied to win the next three sets by scores of 25-20, 25-10 and 25-16. It was Hedgesville's second win of the season over Musselman, winning the first meeting 3-0, and the Eagles have now won 16 matches in a row and 18 of their last 20, with a pair of ties in between.

In other volleyball action, Martinsburg improved to 18-7 with a 3-0 victory over Jefferson (9-17-3). It was the fourth straight win for the Bulldogs, who used long scoring runs in the final two sets - including 6-0 and 8-1 runs in the second set, along with 6-0 and 5-0 runs in the third set - to secure the win.
