The Kane County Health Department has launched an education campaign meant to help residents access “clear, trustworthy information” about respiratory illnesses and vaccines, according to a news release from the county.
The campaign — called Your Health, Your Choice — is intended to emphasize that “informed choices are empowered choices,” per the news release, and is meant to provide residents with facts about the flu, COVID-19 and respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV.
“Everyone deserves access to reliable information about their health,” Kane County Health Department Executive Director Michael Isaacson said in the release. “Our role is to provide accurate, easy-to-understand information so individuals can make the choices that are right for them.”
