Two teams trying to live up to high preseason expectations kick off the NFL's Week 8 when the Minnesota Vikings travel to play the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Vikings have alternated wins with losses to get to their 3-3 record and played decently in a losing effort to Philadelphia Sunday. The Chargers have now lost three of four after their 3-0 start and are now coming off a loss to Indianapolis. Starting quarterback Justin Herbert, though, continues to emerge as one of the NFL's best.

Los Angeles is expected to get back on track, as the Chargers are 3 1/2-point favorites.
