Some fans have been camping out for days ahead of Thursday night’s Billie Eilish concert. This is a video from this morning down at Xfinity Mobile Arena. All the fans were wrapped in blankets and lined up around part of the building. Eilish's Hit Me Hard and Soft tour stops in Philly. Some people have been in line since Tuesday morning. The show is completely sold out.
