ASH FLAT, Ark. – State police have identified the two women found dead in a Fulton County community on Tuesday, as well as a person of interest.
Arkansas State Police officials said Fulton County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a home in the 300 block of Sweet Clover Lane in Ash Flat on Tuesday around 3 p.m.
When they arrived, deputies found two women, identified as 54-year-old Tonya Stallings and 33-year-old Ashley Stallings, dead inside the home.
State police officials said the two victims were taken to the Arkansas State Crime Lab to determine the manner and cause of death.
ASP officials identified 32-year-old Jacob Lowell Smith of Ash Flat as the person of interest in the investigation.
