AUSTIN (KXAN) — Anderson's rise to statewide relevance in Class 5A has been on full display this season, and the Trojans don't plan on stopping their quest for a district title anytime soon.
Ranked No. 9 in the latest 5A-Division I Top 10, Anderson takes its undefeated record south to face Buda Hays at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Bob Shelton Stadium in the KBVO Game of the Week.
A win keeps the Trojans atop the District 12-5A1 standings, and for the Hawks, an upset win would at least keep them mathematically alive for a playoff berth.
