AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — As we previously reported, Walmart is getting ready for the Thanksgiving holiday with its "Thanksgiving Meal Basket. The basket runs under $40 and will feed four people according to Walmart.

Walmart is not the only store to offer deals for the holiday meal; Aldi has announced its meal bundle, which feeds 10 people for $40. Locally, United Supermarkets has also offered a bundle in previous years.

Even with bundles to make Thanksgiving meals a little cheaper, some in our community are making the hard decision between buying a Thanksgiving meal or spending the money on essentials like rent and other bills.
