The house on Bellpark Drive where two people were arrested Wednesday morning during a SWAT raid had been frequently visited by first responders and law enforcement in recent months for drug-related calls, including at least one overdose death.

Around 6 a.m. on Oct. 20 a Kitsap SWAT team and Kitsap County Sheriff's Office personnel arrived at the on near the intersection of Bellpark Drive and Forest Lane, a block west of Perry Avenue, serving a search warrant. A judge had granted the warrant after multiple incidents of drug activity were documented, according to a probable cause statement for the arrests filed in Kitsap County Superior Court.
