Itanagar, Oct 23: The Headquarters Chief Engineer (Project) Brahmank of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) joined the global campaign #23for23: “23 Minutes for Snow Leopards” on the occasion of International Snow Leopard Day, observed on Thursday (Oct 23). The initiative highlights the organisation’s commitment to environmental stewardship and the protection of fragile high-altitude ecosystems in the North Eastern region.

Under the aegis of the Directorate General Border Roads (DGBR) and aligned with the Ministry of Defence, the campaign seeks to promote awareness and community participation in conserving the endangered snow leopard and its mountain habitat.
