BRANSON, Mo. — A woman has died following a residential fire in Branson on Thursday, October 23.

Firefighters arrived at the residence and found that a male had exited, saying that a second person was still inside.
Crews found a woman in the front bedroom, and she was quickly removed, and they began to perform life-saving measures. The department states that despite the efforts of first responders, she was pronounced deceased on the scene.
The man was taken to a local hospital for injuries
