Marple Newtown’s Brett Wolski and Springfield’s TJ Valletti were voted by Central League coaches as co-athletes of the week after they put forth all-around stellar performances last Friday.

Wolski did a little bit of everything in the Tigers’ 49-7 rout of Conestoga, producing 65 rushing yards, three touchdowns, three tackles, two pass breakups, and a 90-yard kick return that was wiped out by a penalty. Valletti was just as busy, running for 107 yards and a score while piling up nine tackles, a fumble recovery and an interception at linebacker as the Cougars stayed unbeaten with a 28-7 win over Garnet Valley.
