Longtime TV personality Paul Pepper will be honored this weekend at the NATAS Mid-America Emmy Awards Ceremony.

He's being inducted into the Gold Circle Honor Society, which recognizes those who have made significant contributions to television for 50 years or more.

Paul Pepper started on KOMU 8 in 1969. His show, Pepper and Friends, aired from 1982 to 2009.
