PRINCETON, Minnesota — At Phillips Distilling Company, millions of cases of liquor move through its Princeton facility each year.
"I bet you didn't know that a lot of your favorite brands and products from the liquor store were made right here in your own backyard," said Laura Donnelly, vice president of marketing.
Founded in 1912 by the Phillips family, Phillips Distilling Co. is the largest spirits maker in the state — and one of the oldest.
The company employs more than 200 Minnesotans with products served across 4,000 different establishments in the state.
